Chef Ken is the inspiring mind behind the island’s exclusive sushi restaurant Alina. Before moving to Sint Maarten, Chef Ken gained his skills and experience in the finest Japanese restaurants around the world. A beginning as chef in Taipei and Tokyo led to prestigious jobs at the most exclusive restaurants in London, Moscow and Mauritius. Japanese cuisine is Ken his true area of expertise.
